Wir ziehen nach Amerika! – Wie kann ich mein Kind auf dieses Abenteuer vorbereiten, begleiten und Vorfreude wecken?

Diese Frage stellte ich mir, bevor es für uns in die USA ging. Viele Informationen fand ich leider nicht.
Seit anderthalb Jahren wohnen wir mit unseren beiden Kindern (heute 2 und 5 Jahre) in New Jersey. 40 Minuten entfernt vom Time Square, leben wir quasi in einem Vorort der City.
