Open House at New Amsterdam Waldorf School

The New Amsterdam School, established in 2006 and located in the East Village invites you to our open house for parents interested in 1st grade.

Please join us Tuesday, February 11th from 7-8:30 PM for this very special introduction to the wonders of Waldorf education.

During this event we will have an in depth discussion about the Waldorf grades curriculum and how it meets the needs of the developing child. Please contact Karen.Talluto@newamsterdamchildhood.org to reserve your spot.

New Amsterdam School is an independent, nonsectarian school dedicated to educating a diverse community of children and their parents. Our program aspires to be part of the well-established Waldorf movement that today includes over 1,000 schools and 1,600 early childhood programs in 58 countries.  Waldorf education is the fastest-growing independent school movement in the world.

Here is a New York Times article about choices in Waldorf education.
